Brand Strategist + Art Director

Common Rent has an incredibly bold mission—to become the first digital application system for affordable. Their targeting is equally as challenging—property owners and managers, people looking for metrics, and renters.

To secure $100K in funds for a national launch that will have a seismic impact on the housing industry, I focused my efforts on building Common Rent's brand strategy from scratch. I defined their identity, clarified practical and emotional benefits, and revamped their visual brand, uniting my skills in graphic design, copywriting, presentation design, and analytical research.
